IMPORTANT NOTES:

* Please note that the paper acceptance means that at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper.

* To include your paper in the proceedings to be published by IEEE CS, here are the steps you must follow:

1. You will get the Author's kit and guide line instructions from IEEE CS. Please follow them.

2. For each paper to be included in the IEEE CS Proceedings, at least one of the authors for EACH paper must register for the conference.

The deadline for Registration is: July 15 – July 25.
Deadline for accepted papers from to the IEEE system: July 25 - 29.
(* Uploading system to IEEE system will be available only for registered papers in "MY MENU" at ICCIT system)

Now paper upload system for accepted papers on the workshop is available. Go the following site to upload your paper http://nms.dongguk.ac.kr/iccit08/submission.html?type=WS

, then you can find the new menu "(Workshops) Accepted paper upload for workshops" in left side. http://nms.dongguk.ac.kr/iccit08/submission.html?type=WS

To upload the paper, all authors for accepted paper should join and login the system.

3. Before submitting your final camera-ready paper, you should pay registration fee by using online Registration Systems.

4.You can ask the invitation letter for your VISA or/and Invoice or receipt in the conference's system. After your requests are approved, you can print out your official documents in the system. If you need original copies, then you can request your original copies in the conference's system.
